Lowering Our Clients Risk of Exposure, Illness, and Infection is One of the Significant Goals at Revive Medical Spa - Yesterday and Today
This has always been our discipline at Revive and where possible we have increased diligence in our effort to keep everyone healthy. We appreciate our client’s understanding, full cooperation, and participation in our updated protocols.

Environmental Cleaning at Revive Medical Spa:
We routinely deep clean our space and clean all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such as workstations, countertops, and doorknobs, chairs, sinks, and restrooms throughout the day with medical-grade cleaners.
We are using the medical-grade cleaning agents with increased frequency throughout the day in common areas and in between each client visit on surfaces in the procedure rooms.
We have added UV Light Air and Surface Cleaners to procedure rooms for additional cleaning between clients.
All linens are always changed between each client and washed with bleach.
Staff Hygiene, Universal Precautions, and Aseptic Techniques are used at Revive Medical Spa:
We continue to perform exceptional hygiene as medical professionals with hand washing before and after each client contact.
We practice self-isolation for your protection. PPE which includes gloves, masks, lab coats and/or protective gowns, hair up with bonnets or caps, booties, eye goggles and/or face shields are utilized by all employees for all client contact, to protect you.
Hand sanitizer is available for use by staff and clients, is located throughout the Spa, can be purchased in your treatment room for your personal use.
As always at Revive, we practice aseptic techniques for all procedures to prevent germs on skin and infections.
Staff will continue to wipe down all equipment with alcohol as has always been our practice between clients and we have additionally added Lasersyn which is a chlorine-based solution to further kill germs on our devices.
All of our devices utilize sterile/disposable personal tips that are always changed/ discarded after each client's use and this practice will continue. The one exception is our Laser hair removal handpiece and this is always soaked in alcohol for 5 mins after use and additionally, Lasersyn will be added to this cleaning procedure.
Active screening of our staff to ensure health including daily temperature readings.
Client Self Distancing, Client Screening, and Limiting Client Exposure
Only well, scheduled, and screened clients will be permitted Into Revive Medical Spa at this time, any guests, friends, or family of clients are asked to remain at home or wait in their car.
To keep babies and children safe during this time they will need to stay at home during your visit. For some, this will be more difficult as all Michigan Schools are now closed and so if you need to find care for them please reschedule.
No walk-in clients will be permitted to Revive at this time.
Clients should wear their personal protection masks and gloves into the Spa.
Active screening of clients is performed to ensure your health:
We are phone screening all clients and you will be asked a series of questions the day before your visit. This is to ensure everyone stays healthy and if needed is rescheduled for a future visit.
If you currently feel sick, stay at home, call and reschedule your appointment. This includes symptoms of a respiratory illness (i.e. fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose, or shortness of breath), gastric symptoms, or if you have had any symptoms in the past 3 days, or have a family member who is ill.
If you come to the Med Spa sick you can not be treated, unfortunately, you will be sent home, and called to reschedule.
Lobby and other common area seating have been relocated. Upon entry, all clients will have a touch-less temp. taken at the front door to check-in and a verbal confirmation you have completed your screening. If your room is ready you will be escorted directly there.
Please remain in your chair and refrain from touching items in the room, staff will provide you with any requested items.
If we are unable to place you in a room upon arrival, we will ask you to wait in your car and we will phone you when the room is ready.
