Ardis Schmitt, RN, BSN

With an extensive background in patient care, Ardis Schmitt, RN, BSN, offers the latest in aesthetic treatments and solutions. Through her extensive training, she has been bestowed the title of being an Expert Master Injector with Allergan Cosmetic. As the founder of Revive™ Med Spa in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Ardis welcomes new clients throughout metro Detroit to the clinic.

Ardis completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. To help her clients look and feel their best, she went through additional certification training in advanced injectables, lasers, and facial anatomy from the National Laser Institute, Allergan, Palette, Swiss Aesthetic Institute, Internal Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), Julie Bass Kaplan -FNP, Dr. Tim Pearce, Dr. Steve Yoelin, Dr. Mauricio De Maio, and Julie Horne, RN. Also AMAI Cadaver and Injection Course with Dr. Christopher Surek, plastic surgeon

Nisha Chellam, MD

Dr. Nisha Chellam is the medical director of Revive. She is a board-certified internist who is also board-certified in integrative and holistic medicine. Dr. Chellam switched from “mindless medicine” to functional medicine in 2012 and she teaches, empowers, and guides clients to a state of wellness and lasting vitality. Dr. Chellam believes that any motivated person, at any age, can regain their health and feel better.

Sophie Miller, LE

Sophie has performed over 3,000 hours of aesthetic procedures, Skin Care Specialist, Dermaplaning, VI Chemical Peels, Vivace RF Microneedling, CoolSculpting Elite, Diamond Glow Facials and HydraFacials. She specializes in Aesthetic Skin care including Customized and Enhanced Facials as well as advanced VI Chemical Peels here at Revive. Sophie loves the DiamondGlow and feels that it is the best modality for clear, clean, healthy, hydrated skin.

Rivers Andracchi, RN

With an extensive nursing background and 2 years in aesthetics, trained at National Laser Institute and Allergan, and under Ardis for the past 2 years. 

Rivers has performed over 1,500 hours of aesthetic procedures, trained as a Skin Care Specialist, performs Dermaplaning, VI Chemical Peels, Vivace RF Microneedling, CoolSculpting Elite, Diamond Glow Facials and HydraFacials. She specializes in neuromodulators (like Botox CosmeticTM ) and Vitamin IV Therapy here at Revive. Rivers loves RF Microneedling and feels that it is the best modality for anti-aging.
